So this week was alright. It went by pretty fast so I am glad because the weeks are starting to pick up! I don't even remember all that happened. But! I am learning a lot! And I think I am getting pretty good at Spanish because a Hermana who was here for a lot of weeks taught me...for practice...one of her lessons or whatever. When she was speaking Spanish I understood most of what she said. And when she said english words that she didn't know, I knew them. so it was really cool cause I felt smart.
We had another TRC on Thrusday where we taught people. It was cool again. I feel like I can just get people to feel comfortable and make them feel special and loved. They seem to appreciate what I have to say. So I feel blessed for that gift of people skills.
My companionship is going alright. I think we are all kinda sick of each other but what do you expect?!
Oh! One cool thing that happened this week (that happened once before). So the oldest district headed out to their fields of service today. And in our zone there is a little tradition called "hasta ver". It's where all the guys in our zone get together in someone's room at night and we all sing
"God Be With You Till We Meet Again" and then someone tells the story of when Brigham Young and them shouted "Hoorah for Israel" and the we all scream that 3 times. And then someone prays and its really cool! It's cool because if just makes me think of how these are all my brothers and we are all working together to build God's kingdom, and we just rejoice in the fact that we have had the MTC experience together and wish those who are heading out into the field luck. It's really cool.
Anyway, I'm not too sure what else I can say. I am learning a lot and I'm on an adventure. It keeps hitting me that I'm gonna be doing this for 2 years. Some days are really hard or frustrating and I just want to go home, but I'm not going to come home until my work is done! Heavenly Father has never given up on me, so I'm not gonna give up on Him!
Okay! Keep me in your prayers!
Always,
Elder Webb
